Community Compass is a non-profit community development corporation dedicated to giving people a hand up, not a handout. We exist to help people get on their feet, then guide them so they sustain their success. Our purpose is to help people go from lack to abundance, from weakness to strength, from dependence to independence. Our ultimate goal is to see people prosper and be in a position to give back to their community.
Food Pantry
We start with one of the very basic needs of all human beings -- to eat! This is after our first touch with the needy person in the community, which eventually opens the door to offering more opportunities to that family in order to permanently change their circumstances. We offer a loving, caring environment when they can come to pick up their food. We maintain a consistent, routing schedule; they know they can count on us to be there.
