Community Compass is a non-profit community development corporation dedicated to giving people a hand up, not a handout. We exist to help people get on their feet, then guide them so they sustain their success. Our purpose is to help people go from lack to abundance, from weakness to strength, from dependence to independence. Our ultimate goal is to see people prosper and be in a position to give back to their community.

By working together, we can lighten the burden and bring strength to solving the problems that face the people in our community.
