I also serve as Advisor for the Women's Aglow Fellowship Area Board since 1987, and as Dover Township Police Chaplain since 1995. In 1986 I founded the Grace and Peace Institute of Biblical Studies which currently has approximately one hundred three-year students. In later years I added a School of Ministry and a three year Counseling School. In January, 2006 I was appointed Chancellor of Wagner Leadership Institute, Toms River, one of twelve campuses around the nation. As of February, 2006, I will have established the NJ Action Coalition.

In the years of 1982 through 1985 I served in the founding and associate pastorate of a church in Brick, New Jersey. While there at Overcomer's Faith Fellowship, I also was employed by It Is Written Evangelistic Association as dean of Word of Truth Bible Training Center. I also served as director of the Jersey Shore Success-N-Life Club. During the 1984 racing season I was employed by Racetrack Chaplaincy of America as the chaplain for the Atlantic City Racetrack.

I was ordained by It Is Written Evangelistic Association while serving as elder and then became Associate Pastor. I am no longer associated with this work but do carry licensing as an ordained minister from the International Convention of Faith Ministries, Charismatic Bible Ministries of Tulsa, Oklahoma and The Church of Grace and Peace. I am a member of the International Coalition of Apostles under C. Peter Wagner.

In the years prior to entering pastoral work I was co-founder and co-host of "Seek Ye First" (a Christian cable TV show); officer in the Full Gospel Businessmen's Fellowship International; advisor to Women's Aglow Fellowship; founder-chairman of Charismatic Unity Fellowship of Ocean County; trustee/treasurer of New Hope Christian Counseling Center, and served from 1975 to 1995 as president of Song of Solomon, Inc., a non-profit free cassette tape lending library. In 2001 I founded New Jersey Faith Alliance, a network of networks for the State, bringing the apostolic/prophetic move of God to the forefront.

In secular experience I have served as chairman of the Ocean County Citizen's for Group Homes and member of the Ocean County Youth Development Task Force. I was also appointed by the State Supreme Court to be one of five monitors to oversee the workings of the New Jersey Division of Youth and Family Services (Ocean County, only). Most recently I held the position of chairman of the Ethical Issues Committee for the Future Search Conference, Building a Healthier Ocean County. Today I am serving on a municipal taskforce to establish affordable workforce housing within Dover Township.

I currently serve on the Boards of The Church of Grace and Peace, Community Compass, Faith Alliance, Firepower Ministries International, End-Time Ministries, The Hope Center, Christian Action Coalition, and Pray, NJ. I also serve as the New Jersey Co-ordinator for the International Day of Prayer for the Peace of Jerusalem and as Clergy Advisor to the New Jersey Family Policy Council.

Other Christian experience includes founding the Ocean County Chapter of the American Family Association, spearheading statewide crusades such as Awake America, and founding Community Compass, a non-profit corporation established to seek and implement ways to serve the community. We are currently engaged in opening communal residences for men and for women.

I have seven children and seven grandchildren. My family and I have resided in the Toms River area since 1968. During this time I was employed 18 years by the Toms River Board of Education as a teacher and for several years coached football and refereed soccer. During these school years I also managed stores, people, and several of my own businesses including two restaurants.

My education includes graduate work at Rutgers where I completed credits for Vocational Guidance Counselor after receiving a B.A. from Keane College, Union, N.J. Angela Hochreiter

I am a mother of four talented children who are extremely unique and special to my heart. I also have two precious grandchildren. I have been residing in Toms River since 1988. I was a stay at home mother for 14 years (1983-1997), and enjoyed all the aspects of motherhood. One of the most rewarding experiences, aside from the special mother/child bond created in the home, was being able to teach my children how to read. My family became involved at The Church of Grace and Peace and I became a Sunday school teacher. The church was meeting in a high School at the time and since there wasn’t a permanent building available, the curriculum had to be lugged back and forth by the volunteer teachers.
Years later I was asked to be a teacher for Missionettes, an all-girl church-sponsored program that included earning badges. I agreed joyfully and became familiar with the curriculum and the ten, giggly, eight years old girls. My daughter Jessica was between them and is now a missionary.
In 1998, I became employed at Grace and Peace Academy & Pre-School, while my three-year-old daughter came to work with me. I began taking classes for early childhood development and within a couple of years received my (C.A.), Childhood Development Associate degree. For one year I served as a small group leader and also volunteered at the Seaside Outreach food distribution, whenever I could. I was asked to be clothing coordinator for Seaside Outreach, and served in that capacity for over a year. I saw the provision of God through many hands and hearts, for the less fortunate and Christ’s love for people who had been through many vicissitudes.
Recently I completed twenty seven hours of training through (CWLA)The Child Welfare League of America to be a foster/adoptive resource family to children in need of a home. I have become State licensed through the Division of youth and Family services. I am a relative/resource home to two beautiful children ages four and one half and seven month’s old. I’ve recently completed my CDA renewal along with 45 hours of early education training. Currently I teach three year olds and serve as staff mentor to the Infant/Toddler, and Pre-School for professional development.

Renee Raffone

The Church of Grace and Peace has been my home church since 1993. Some of the ministries that I have served on at the church past and present are: Sunday School, Greeting, Prayer Team, Women’s Ministry Team, Healing Team, Prophetic Focus Group and also have led a Bible study for single women.

After my divorce in 1991 my daughter and I came to Toms River New Jersey to live with my parents. As a single mom, I had to live with my parents until I was able to obtain affordable housing. In 1995 I was selected to live in Hope’s Crossing, an affordable housing complex in Toms River where I still reside. At that time, I was very involved in the advocacy of affordable housing because of the difference it made in my life and family. I finally had a place of my own and a place to call home.

I was also involved for a short while with STEPS (Solutions to End Poverty Soon). I served as the Secretary on the Tenants Association at Hope’s Crossing for several years.

From 1985 to 1991, I taught Pre-School classes at Evangel Church School in Queens, New York. When I relocated to Toms River, NJ I was employed as a Pre-School teacher at Kimball Kids (Paul Kimball Hospital) in Lakewood, until 1996. Looking to change careers as well as my financial status, in 1994 I enrolled in Stuart Business School taking classes at night and working full time at Kimball Kids during the day. I graduated with High Honors in 1995. From 1996 – 2001 I was employed at two different companies in Administrative positions.

In 2001 I was employed at DPT Lakewood, Inc as an administrative assistant in the Sales Department. Shortly thereafter, a position opened for an administrative assistant in the Purchasing Department and I transferred to that department. I currently work with MRO (Maintenance, Repairs, and Operations) to see that the day to day operations and needs of the company are provided for whether it be hairnets, office supplies, coffee, business cards, etc. I have attended APICS classes, and am working towards attaining my APICS certification to become a Certified Purchasing Agent.
